GUARANTEE
1． 茲保證上述報價下所提供的貨物經(jīng)過檢測完全符合ANSI標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或DIN 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和業(yè)主的實際要求。
We herewith certify that the goods delivered under the above mentioned reference have been tested in compliance with the DIN standards and VDI directions actually valid, in regard to the function and workmanlike execution in conformity with the drawings on hand and found to be in order.
2． 該貨物是嚴(yán)格按照用戶提供規(guī)格所制造，根據(jù)相關(guān)工藝制造而成。保證所供產(chǎn)品是由原產(chǎn)地生產(chǎn)的。
The material used are in conformity with the order specifications origial .
3． 所提供的貨物是全新的，性能優(yōu)良。
The delivered goods are brand new, unused and in best condition.
4. 可保證所提供的設(shè)備和/或材料在材料選用和制造方面從設(shè)備抵達(dá)現(xiàn)場起18個月或正常開車12個月后無質(zhì)量事故，以兩者先到的時間為準(zhǔn)。在保質(zhì)期內(nèi)，若是由于設(shè)備質(zhì)量原因引起的壞損，提供免費維修或更換。
We shall warrant the goods provided to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months after placement in service or for 18 months after receipt. Whichever occurs first. And within guarentee ,if product quality case, The seller will maintains.
